Junior Sales Manager Hospital Products

In cooperation and under the guidance and directions of the Business Unit Director Hospital Products, the Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads and the achievement of the agreed targets within his dedicated customers and distributors portfolio. His duties will include the follow up and the strengthening of the relationship with the customers and distributors network.


  • Generate sales growth within dedicated customers and distributors portfolio
  • Provide daily sales support to all distributors and ensure effective sales positioning of Nipro products and services
  • Management and follow up on incoming lead generation demands (new opportunities)
  • Achieve all agreed sales and financial targets in line with personal and company objectives. Set and secure budget targets, in order to build a sustainable growth platform
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecast for own territory
  • Execute all aspects of account management in order to build and maintain solid customer long-term relationships
  • Liaise constantly with customers, to keep them fully informed about products and services to ensure needs are fully met, thus ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Good project management acumen with focus on smooth and effective problem-solving
  • Lead, manage and monitor, where appropriate the tender management process for all tenders relevant to assigned customer/distributor portfolio to ensure long-term business growth
  • Proactive and continuous cooperation and communication with other departments; Marketing, Operations, Technical and Scientific Support, Customer Service and QA/QC departments
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with ISO quality requirements while taking Nipro values into account


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience
  • Experience in the Medical Industry is a plus, not a must
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are committed to challenging tasks
  • You are above all customer oriented, pragmatic, showing excellent communication skills combined with a healthy dose of assertiveness
  • You are result-oriented and passionate about closing deals
  • You are always eager to learn and develop yourself further
  • You are strongly team spirit oriented with positive attitude toward shared projects
  • You are stress resistant and willing to travel frequently (up to 40%)
  • Being fluent in English and French is a must
