Sales Manager PharmaPackaging (France, Spain, Portugal)

Reports to: Sales Director PharmaPackaging

Location: Nipro HQ Mechelen, Belgium

Overview

Under the guidance and directions of the Sales Director, the role holder is responsible for managing sales accounts in France, Spain and Portugal. Next to following up sales processes and customer requirements, the role holder will be responsible of business development within this region.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Nipro PharmaPackaging products
  • Conduct sales negotiations and ensuring compliance with customer’s agreements
  • Provide customer care
  • Apply price policies in order to respect the profitability of the products
  • Anticipate market changes and competition on existing products and suggest lines of improvements to adapt to customer needs
  • Optimize resources for the development of sales
  • Establish sales forecast by product, customer, volume and turnover
  • Establish and follow the projects pipeline
  • Analyze the results, compare with the budget and establish corrective actions

Profile

  • Degree: Bac+5
  • Minimum experience: 3-5 years in Sales with ideally 3 years in Pharma industry
  • Fluent English and French is required
  • Microsoft office required

  • Up to 50% of travel
